Working Equitation Training @ Thornton House
Working Equitation is a great way to school your horse or pony without being too bogged down with riding a perfect circle. It improves trust and agility, and is really good fun. Come along and exercise your horses body and brain in the indoor school. There are usually a maximum of 3 in a group, but we can be flexible if a group of friends want to come together. Group Sessions are 90 minutes long

On the 26th November we will be having our Club AGM at the Station Inn at Pocklington. This is for current Ebor Vale Riding Club Members only. A buffet will be provided and this is your opportunity as a member to influence how the club is run so it would be great to see as many of you there as possible.

Gymnastic Jumping Grids with Amanda Snowdon @ Askham Bryan College
Ebor Vale Riding club training with Amanda Snowdon. BHSAI UKCC Level 2 Freelance Instructor.
The first session is Gymnastic Grid work jumping. Gridwork is important for horse riding because it helps improve a horse”s jumping technique and balance, and it can also help riders improve their position and confidence.
These lessons are held at Askham Bryan college, a fantastic indoor arena with plenty of hard standing for parking also.
Sessions 5pm till 8pm increasing in height
Members £20 / Non members £25 book via horse events

Ebor Vale are hosting a clinic with Amanda Snowdon BHSAI UKCC Level 2 Freelance Instructor at Askham Bryan on the evening of 27th March with a focus on show jumping.
Askham Bryan college has a fantastic indoor arena with plenty of hard standing for parking.
The sessions will be focused on course riding, working on rythm straightness and the canter needed to perfect your jumping round.
sessions are from 5pm-8pm increasing in height
open to non-members with a discount to Ebor Vale RC members.
