Learn how to identify muscular soreness, joint restrictions and fascial tightness and how massage, mobilisation and stretches can help promote mobility and comfort. Learn when and when not to massage your horse and discover effective techniques that can be employed between professional physio visits.
Opportunity for Q&As.
This session is limited to only 8 people so don’t delay in booking on. Cost is £15 per person for members and £20 per person for non members payable to Ebor Vale Riding Club. Please comment below to secure your space – places will be filled in order of booking.

SUMMER SOCIAL – open to all members, friends and family!
Saturday 24th August 6pm-late.
Riders Retreat Cafe, Escrick Park.
£20 per person – lasagne, salads and a summer pudding.
Non- alcoholic drinks available to purchase but as Christine does not have a licence it’s bring your own alcohol!
If you would like to camp over in your horsebox/ trailer Escrick Park will allow this charge is £12.50 per vehicle.
It would be great to see lots of you there. – please contact Nicola if you would like to come along and also whether meat or veggie lasagne (please also let us know if any particular dietary requirements/ allergies and I’m sure Christine will try her best to accommodate)
