You are probably aware that BRC introduced a new Show Jumping competition; the BRC Club Jumping Series. The class heights are 40, 50 and 60cm, and
Port Royal EEC are going to be running some qualifiers alongside their existing “SJ Special” days.
This is a grass roots competition where clubs in all areas can run qualifiers with the aim of encouraging people to have a go. There is a Championship which is taking place on 10th October at Bury Farm Equestrian.
To support this we are running some Club Jumping Training with Amanda Snowdon at Thornton House Farm. The first of these takes place on 1st July at 5, 6 and 7pm. Members £20, Non-members £25.

With the EVRC Summer Show (Thornton House Farm, 31st August) getting closer, we’re running a Showing Masterclass. Andrea Peel will be taking people through the Ins and Outs of showing, for people who are planning to either Ridden or In-hand classes. Want advice as to which classes you and your horse are eligible for? How to do a really good show. Etiquette. What to wear?
This will take place at Thornton House Farm on Wednesday 8th July at 5, 6 &7pm.
